Many of you have given DBSA Colorado Springs permission to include your name when we acknowledge or thank you in The Initiative.  We are pleased to be able to make this progress against stigma.  But many people have not checked off on the membership form as to whether or not they are O.K. with having their name included.  So please know that unless you check you do NOT want your full name used, we will assume we have your permission to use it.  Of course, if you do check the box, we will honor your request and refer to you only by your initials.
